Idea (NSFW, dark humor): A sci-fi device implanted in women which detects the intense fear and emotions of sexual assault and automatically alerts the authorities. Or a sci-fi device implanted in men which incapacitates them if they attempts sexual assault, thus making sexual assault impossible.
