AI Robot Probation Supervisor and Caretaker

Idea: To give prisoners the option to get out early if we amputate their arms (or put them in arm-locking exoskeletons) and give them AI robots to monitor them and care for them. Because if these robots of the near-future can do everything, not having arms would no longer be debilitating. Also: robots or exoskeletons with cameras and AI could monitor you while you're on probation, and detect, for example, if a white collar criminal tries to violate the terms of their probation by using a computer; the risk of the family members of armless prisoners on probation taunting them mercilessly because they can no longer fight back; using AI robots to monitor and care for those with mental disabilities; a previous idea on this podcast that offended people on social media (like this idea might do)

Loophole Finder App

Idea: An app to help you find loopholes to bypass rules, save money, commit crimes and avoid going to prison, etc. Also: you could either actively search for loopholes, or it could always run and use AI to be like a "devil on your shoulder" and suggest loopholes as you go about your day; letting you know if a loophole has been "closed" i.e. will no longer work; using loopholes to obtain medicinal THC for Crohn's disease; preparing to perform in possibly the worst idea for a standup comedy show of all time

Completely Serious (Movie)

Idea: A dark comedy movie where a young couple who are both improv actors pull a series of increasingly complex pranks on each other, until one gets the other to help commit a murder by tricking them into thinking it's just a prank. Also: how North Korea hired pranksters and tricked them into murdering Kim Jong Un's brother; whether or not to leave the audience guessing; eating cereal-like baby food snacks because they're half the calories of Cheerios and the other "healthy" cereals

Sanctioned Battles With Landlords For Home Ownership

A satirical proposal for a society where disgruntled tenants can (legally) challenge their landlords to a physical battle for ownership of the house or apartment, where if the tenant wins, they own the property outright and do not have to pay rent or a mortgage. The purpose is to discourage landlords from being jerks, to discourage people from choosing to become landlords and to instead create a society based on home ownership (and maybe co-ops), and to encourage physical fitness in tenants. Also: televising battles between landlords and tenants; building houses with 5 foot high ceilings to discourage large tenants who might be able to defeat you in battle from moving in; winning your apartment and then moving out when the water heater breaks and floods the place and you don't want to deal with it

Child Bullying Service

Idea (satire): A service to hire bullies to non-aggressively bully your child to help them "build character" if you worry that they're spoiled by social popularity and therefore aren't developing a good personality and/or creative talent. Also: hiring teachers or TikTok social media stars to bully your child; the risk of accidentally creating an out-of-control army of mercenary superbullies; being the "lame dad" on purpose to embarrass your child; another app for children to find out of their parents are hiring bullies; a bad attempt to blackmail a podcast guest

Troll Finder App

Idea: A (satirical) app or web service to identify Internet trolls and help you *legally* commit acts of vengeance upon them, such as legalized "swatting" and leaving flaming bags of poo at their door. Also: debating whether responding to a troll with anger and hate makes you a troll, or whether only the person who "threw the first punch" should be considered a troll; an alternative "troll finder" web service which finds the other social media accounts of a troll and allows you to send messages to those other accounts but doesn't reveal ("dox") those other accounts to you; using Wile E Coyote fake doors to prevent "swatting"; wanting to be trolled because it would be fun to use a "Troll Finder App" against a troll; a few examples of Internet comments on the border of trolling and constructive criticism, and deciding whether they'd warrant a vengeful response

1980s-Style Sitcoms of Serial Killers

Idea: To make sitcoms in the style of the 1980s or 1990s (containing audience cheers, laugh tracks, etc.) in which the main character(s) are serial killers. Examples could be "Manson Family Matters", "Perfect Stranglers", "HH Holmes Improvement", and "Buried With Children". Also: a show about murderous pets or puppets; a show which uses CGI to allow grown-up child stars to go back into their old shows and murder their past selves (example: Neil Patrick Harris murdering Doogie Howser); a "Dating Game"-style show to pick a serial killer's next victim or where the losing contestants are "eliminated"

Animal Fight Club Movie

Idea: A movie where evil rich people create a secret gambling ring to bet on fights between species of animals, like a gorilla vs. a grizzly bear. In the movie, the rich people would get their comeuppance and get killed by the animals. Also: debating with friends on who'd win in fights between animals or between animals and people, such as "who'd win: 20 squirrels vs. a guy wearing an acorn suit"; having multiple versions of the movie (like the movie "Clue") so the audience could bet on the (fake CGI) animal fight scenes; casting animal-rights activist celebs to play over-the-top villians who get eaten by the animals

A Taste of Reality

Idea: Chocolates which (unlike Dove) don't display unrealistically positive messages on the wrapper. Instead, they display realistic messages, such as reminders to perform errands ("make sure you have AA batteries") and comedically dark/demotivational messages ("your spouse probably settled", "you're too old to achieve your dreams"). Also: some of the chocolates could taste bad on purpose to remind you of the harshness of reality; the messages could be tailored to you based on a scan of your social media; positive messages should be reserved for healthy food like vegetables (instead of chocolates) to lure people to better health instead of to obesity and diabetes

Health Insurance Game Show

Idea: A dark and exploitative game show where poor or jobless contestants compete for basic human needs, such as health insurance, basic income, or citizenship. Also: eliminating taxes for game show winnings because the poor depend on those winnings; the British game show called "Beat the Crusher" where they crush your car if you lose; an idea for a celebrity game show called "Loan Shark Tank" where celebrities break your legs if you lose and can't pay; a jobless future based on building/crafting competition shows like "Forged in Fire" instead of full-time jobs

"A Storybook Life" TV Show

Idea: A TV show about a TV writer who secretly manipulates events in his daughter's life in a criminal and psychopathic way, to give her a happy and emotionally-heightened life, like the sitcoms or family dramas that he writes. The criminal and/or immoral acts (slashing tires, faking social media posts, murder, etc.) he does to other people to manipulate them to give his daughter a better life are a precarious house of cards that's always threatening to come tumbling down. The show is an exaggeration of how dads in real life are often overprotective over their daughters to a degree which is creepy

Russian Roulette Diet

Idea: A diet where you'd still eat like a pig, but you'd go on a cycle of cocaine, bulimia, Fen-Phen, and other unhealthy (but effective) ways to lose weight, and an expert would manage your diet cycle to ensure that you don't do any one unhealthy thing for a long enough continuous period of time to get addicted or to cause permanent health problems

Island For Criminals

Idea (NSFW, dark humor): An island to send criminals for the rest of their life where they'll be left alone to fend for themselves. Also: cannibalism would be common because modern criminals don't know how to fish; weapons companies could airdrop weapons onto the island and sponsor livestream videos of criminals using the weapons; volunteers could enter the island to commit revenge on a criminal but then would not be allowed to leave

Deadly Escape Room

Idea: Escape rooms with real danger, like the movie Saw, which are possibly televised. Also: a more intense corporate team-building exercise or test of character for engaged couples, white-collar criminals tend to be smarter than regular criminals and thus would be funner to watch in a Saw-like escape room, wondering why there aren't any recreational drugs that are taken using acupuncture needles

Criminal Execution Death Games

Idea: To create a TV show where the worst repeat-offender unrehabilitatable criminals (murderers, pedophiles, etc.) either compete for their survival, or are left alone to fend for themselves and try to survive. Also: it might accidentally encourage lesser criminals to commit worse crimes to be on TV, movies with a similar premise (Hunger Games, Death Race, The Running Man, etc.), fencing off states to be massive prison colonies like the George Carlin comedy bit, selling the "prisoner inventions" that the prison colonists invent while trying to survive
