Idea: American versions of adult-themed British game shows, including i) "Spring Break with Grandad", where college kids and their granddads compete as a team in party and beach-themed events, ii) "Naked Attraction", where people compete for dates by showing off their naked body in three rounds: genitals, midsection, and face, and iii) "Sex Box", where strangers are instructed to perform a specific sex act in a small room (where the audience can't see), and then afterwards, they talk about it in front of an audience
